Drywall installation no greater than 8ft x 10ft.
Drywall repair no greater than 4ft x 4ft.
Minor Electrical / Low Voltage
Light fixtures, installation, and replacement.
Ceiling fans, minor switch replacement/installation(no more than a 2-way).
Camera installation, minor data and cable installation/repair. TV mounting, behind TV Cable management.
Minor Fencing / Building + Repair
New fence installation, old fence replacement, post replacement + picket replacement.
